Integral Impact
Integral Impact
Integral Impact is Aryuna’s methodology to pursue “success beyond success.” We integrate management and processes with three cutting-edge streams: Impact Business Models (B Movement), Leading from the Emerging Future (Theory U), and Self-Management (Evolutionary Organizations). This enables your company to transcend profitability and generate shared and lasting value for the ecosystem.
1. Impact Business Models – B Movement
We integrate business strategy with social, environmental and governance impact. Transitioning toward Positive Impact means the company not only generates profit but is inherently designed to solve ecosystem challenges. We focus on designing Impact Business Models that transform the company’s reason for being, supporting the B Impact Assessment and Certification process. This ensures that profitability and positive impact reinforce one another.
“We work to build an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economic system for all people and the planet”. — Sistema B Argentina
2. Leading from the Emerging Future
To achieve sustainable growth, organizations must learn to sense and respond to signals from the future that seeks to emerge, rather than merely reacting to past problems. At Aryuna, we rely on Otto Scharmer’s Theory U to facilitate deep change processes using the practice of presencing. We invite leaders to suspend old patterns of thinking and co-create strategies from a place of deep connection, ensuring conscious and adaptive decision-making.
“The quality of the results produced by any system depends on the quality of awareness from which people in that system operate.” — Otto Scharmer
3. Self-Organization
Reinventing the organization is the definitive step toward a self-managed and resilient model. We draw on Frédéric Laloux’s research on Evolutionary (“Teal”) Organizations, a model for operating with maximum efficiency and coherence. We work on three foundational pillars:
- Wholeness: integrating the whole human being into the workplace.
- Self-Management: replacing hierarchy with networks of autonomous collaboration.
- Evolutionary Purpose: an internal compass guiding adaptation and organic response to the environment.
In this way, we transform the structure so that people can reach their highest potential.
“True authority doesn’t come from controlling, but from serving something greater than ourselves”.— Frédéric Laloux
